  • Prepare forms and components for finishing, including cleaning and degreasing
  • Apply acrylic enamel coatings using painting system
  • Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and adherence to company standards
  • Move products safely in and out of the paint booth using forklifts, rail and material-handling equipment

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Production leads to ensure prompt order fulfillment
  • Cross-train in other areas of Operations as needed
  • Support additional manufacturing and assembly duties as required.

Key Qualities

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Willingness to learn and cross-train across departments
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous manufacturing, painting, assembly, or forklift experience is a plus (but not required)

You'll be part of a company that supports customers around the world and contributes to infrastructure, landscaping, and construction projects that stand the test of time.
