    The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting for the organization.

    Provides technical financial expertise to assigned business units and leaders to ensure all financial and operational data are available to support business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities
    Supports the development of the annual operating plan and monthly financial forecast updates for assigned business units and departments
    Performs detailed variance analysis to determine key drivers of change between actual, budgeted, and forecasted results
    Develops, maintains, and improves various reports for senior management
    Uses a variety of tools to carry out responsibilities, mainly including Excel models and financial planning and/or business intelligence software
    Coordinates with other members of the Finance, Accounting, and other teams to prepare analysis and reports as appropriate to fulfill business needs
    Utilizes knowledge of various systems to identify and implement improvements to assist in making informed business decisions
    Conducts other ad hoc financial analysis to support operational decision making
    Starting salary $80k+
    Must-haves
    Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field
    1-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or business analysis
    Inquisitive, self-motivated, initiative-taking problem solver
    Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
    Strong time management, organization, written and verbal communication
    Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    Nice-to-haves
    Hands-on experience using Workday Adaptive Planning and/or comparable financial planning tools
    Hands-on experience using MicroStrategy and/or comparable business intelligence tools
    Industry experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail
