- Lead the implementation of evidence based treatment or have direct oversite and responsibility for innovative models of care, in partnership with JB training department and/or external agencies
- ensure clients have timely access to care by ensuring admissions and discharges are completed in a timely manner, assigning cases in a timely manner and ensuring clinicians have adequate case load sizes to minimize clients' wait for services
- Monitor show rates and appointment availability
- Provide direct services to clients, as needed, including intakes and crisis interventions
- Supervision of crisis intervention services

- Implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in quality assurance activities such as chart reviews and utilization management
- Provide individual and group supervision to program staff
- Integrate recovery, rehabilitation, treatment and vocational components of the program, as appropriate.

- Timely completion of performance appraisals and appropriately addressing performance concerns
- Conducting or participating in staff training and development
- Monitoring staff attendance and vacation scheduling to ensure program coverage
- Supervising staff, as appropriate to licensure
- Planning and participating in other program activities.

- utilize a variety of electronic databases to monitor billing and address any fiscal or billing issues that arise

- Master's degree in social work and New York State clinical licensure (LCSW)
- Solid clinical skills and Knowledgeable of evidence-based practices
- Prior experience in DBT, Trauma Focused CBT, EMDR preferred, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills, leadership, team work and communication skills
- Must be a LCSW with at least three years of experience working with adults living with mental illness. Two years of supervisory experience is preferred. Strong clinical group, family and individual intervention skills required. Good organizational, team work and communicate skills needed.
- Proficient with electronic health record
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); comfortable and proficient using audio video platforms (i.e., Zoom).
- The candidate should be able to read documents for analytical purposes such as computer information, software, computer graphic design programs, etc.
- Limited applications of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- The work environment involves no physical risk or hazardous conditions.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Jewish Boards licensed outpatient mental health Counseling Centers located throughout NYC provides services to all New Yorkers and age groups from young children to adolescents and adults.
The clinics offer a full spectrum of services to address mental health needs related to trauma, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, substance abuse, and social isolation as well as other emotional health issues.
The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the program's leadership team and is primarily responsibility for implementation and oversight of new/innovative clinical services or models of care and clinical supervision and professional development of licensed staff.
Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring clients receive timely access to quality clinical services; overseeing administrative functions to support program operations; and ensuring program compliance with federal, state, and city regulatory bodies and funding entities.
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
