    Level 2 Financial Analyst

    to support our

    Dayton, Ohio .


    This is a hybrid position that requires partial on site work in Dayton, Ohio and the ability to work remote 2 days a week.

    We are looking for someone with more than just Accounting experience, someone with experience in a Manufacturing Environment (material demand/schedule/lead times/etc.)

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
    Prepare, analyze and report monthly revenue and material receipt forecasts for assigned contractsGenerate weekly material reports and publicationsCalculation and tracking of material related metricsInterface with Supply Chain, Planners, and Buyers to ensure up to date forecasts and maintain accuracyPrepare reports and provide recommendations to program management teamsMaintain Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance including cost/schedule integrationPerform analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelinesDevelop and review estimates at Complete (EACs)

    Present and communicate results and changesBasic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR a Master's Degree with 1 year of relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments in order to meet deadlinesExcellent analytical and reporting skillsProficiency with

    Microsoft Office Suite:
    Excel, Word, PowerPointAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and SAP accessAbility to work on site in Dayton, Ohio

    Salary Range:
    $65,500 - $98,300The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

    In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
