    Manufacturing Engineer


    Compensation:
    $70,000 (based on experience)


    Job Overview:


    As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes and procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that align with company goals and objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems
    • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth production processes
    • Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address any issues
    • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
    • Participate in new product development projects and provide input on design for manufacturability
    • Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology
    • Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the manufacturing process

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems
    • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
    • Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
