- Implement services outlined in each resident's service plan in a friendly and supportive manner, including administering medications and documenting completed tasks daily.
- Record observed changes in condition, communicate resident needs with other Medication Aides, and participate in meal service and staff management.
- Maintain necessary certifications, comply with quality improvement programs, local, state, and federal regulations, and ensure a safe work environment.
- Promote teamwork, take initiative to overcome challenges, and perform additional duties as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of caregiving experience and six months of supervisory experience in a health-related field.
- Ability to read physician orders, understand medical terminology, and use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the capability to work under pressure and follow company regulations.

We are in search of a devoted, Full-Time, Certified Medication Aide for our Memory Support Neighborhood at Mattison Crossing. The position involves providing ADL services to residents as per their service plan within the community.
