- Understand LPDRAM state machine and create hardware models for DRAM features and related validation test bench.
- Develop memory controller models, including request scheduling and address mapping, to support new DRAM features.
- Utilize Python to develop automation test scripts for enhancing simulation methodologies.
- Implement new DRAM technology changes following specifications and validation test bench.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with knowledge of Computer Architecture.
- Proficiency in C/C++ or Python (preferably both).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
- Experience with SystemC/Gem5 or TLM frameworks.
- Knowledge of Power and Performance Analysis is advantageous.
- Familiarity with debugging interfaces like GDB and PDB.
- Understanding of Mobile SOC system and Android system.
- Experience in system benchmarking and multimedia applications.
- Knowledge of DRAM memory controller architecture, including LPDDR protocols.
