- Understanding of safe robot concepts ex. DCS for Fanuc.

- Simulation Software - Siemens Process Simulate (RobCAD)
- Offline Programming on Siemens PS
- Auto debug on Siemens PS
- Offline Program upload
- Maintain strong lines of communication internally and with the customer
- Create or modify software files as needed
- Work with the simulation department for solutions and to eliminate foreseeable issues
- Ability to run a finished assembly line with minimal to no help
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Community college Diploma or higher, in the field of Automation or Robotics
- One to three years' experience in related Robotics Field
- Work in compliance with divisional health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Refrain from removing or altering safety devices or guarding unless hazardous energies are controlled through lockout-tagout methods
- Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts
- Report defect in any equipment or protective device
- Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks
- Attend all required health, safety, and environmental training
- Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
- Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
- Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running, or rough and boisterous conduct

Job Description
Required Duties:
Must be able to work in a professional engineering team-based environment. Engineering teams are responsible for the programming of automated robot systems for customer applications and processes.
Duties may include and are not limited to detailed robot programming, offline programming, virtual commissioning, system commissioning, onsite support, internal/external training, and technical consultation.
This position may require 100% travel. The candidate must be willing to perform hands on robot programming on the customer's floor.Candidates must also possess the following traits:
