- Teach an energetic and motivating class, connect and challenge each child, and help them to accomplish gross and fine motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and fun manner.

- Showing up 15 minutes prior to class start time
- Effectively and clearly communicate with other coaches, parents and children
- Equipment set-up and break-down
- Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children.
- Adhere to all COVID-19 safety policies and protocols
- First, we'll reach out for a quick chat on the phone
- Next, we'll do a 20-30 minute zoom/google interview
- Lastly, we'll invite you out to the fields to see our classes and meet our coaches
- If all that goes well, we'll complete your background check and you'll be ready to start coaching within a few days
- Experience working with children 5 years and under
- Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident individuals
- an enjoyment for playing all kinds of sports
- Comfort with managing groups of children and adults
- Ability to follow super soccer stars curriculum and tailor lessons to specific developmental level
- availability to coach on weekday afternoons and/or weekend mornings
- Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge PLUS
