Human Resources Coordinator 2nd Shift (3:30PM to 12:00AM) - El Paso, TX

Job summary
This position will work on our second shift from Monday to Friday, 3:30PM to 12:00AM.The HR Coordinator will participate in onboarding of employees to ensure seamless transitions for new employees and conduct comprehensive orientations,
manage scheduling for interviews and recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
The Coordinator will also organize company events such as birthday celebrations, support Employee Resource Groups monthly events,
and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries directing them to the right resources.
Additionally they will assist in implementing HR policies manage internal communications like newsletters handle sensitive information with confidentiality collaborate with benefit providers
and support HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with health and safety processes.
