    We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to data-driven decision-making within our organization.

    As a Data Analyst Intern, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data, supporting various business functions, and assisting in the development of actionable insights.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring data professional to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


    Responsibilities:

    Data Collection and Validation:

    Gather and validate data from various sources, including manufacturing systems, quality assurance databases, and operational logs to ensure data accuracy and completeness.


    Data Analysis and Interpretation:

    Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and present findings to relevant stakeholders.


    Process Optimization:

    Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify areas for process improvement, quality enhancement, and cost reduction through data-driven insights.


    Performance Metrics Tracking:

    Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards and reports to monitor production performance, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.


    Root Cause Analysis:

    Assist in conducting root cause analysis to investigate production issues, equipment failures, and quality concerns, helping to identify underlying problems and potential solutions.


    Data Visualization:

    Create clear and concise data visualizations, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate findings and present analysis results to management.


    Data Integrity and Security:
    Ensure data integrity and maintain data security protocols by adhering to company data governance policies and best practices.

    Continuous Learning and Development:

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data analytics, aerospace technology, and manufacturing processes, and proactively seek opportunities for professional growth.


    Skills and Qualifications:
    Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Python.

    Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
