Job summary
Responsible for providing on-the-job training for individuals who have secured community employment advocating for individuals in maintaining community employment and/or obtaining community employment for adults with disabilities.
Duties
- Using applied marketing principles develop community employment positions to meet individual needs including developing and distributing promotional materials with regards to Marimor Industries and assisting community employers in obtaining monetary incentives while promoting the state's Employment First Initiative.
- Provide on-the-job training to teach the necessary skills/tasks to ensure individuals become independent in their community job.
