- Set up initial budget entry and project maintenance in ComputerEase and Procore
- Issue, track, and collect subcontractor contracts and purchase agreements
- Request proper subcontractor insurance certificates
- Assist project team with creating and submitting owner billings
- Invoice entry, routing, and review of approved/rejected accounts payable invoices
- Issue payments to subcontractors; track and collect required payment documents
- Collect and track subcontractor change orders
- Create and maintain new vendor profiles in the accounting system, including W9 certificates
- Research and assist subcontractor and vendor issues
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Collect and compile project closeout documents
- Follow up with clients on past-due monthly draws
- Performs other miscellaneous tasks or assignments as necessary for project success
- Minimum one year of accounting experience
- Ability to work in an open office environment
- Proficient in navigating Gmail, Word, and Excel
- Experience with ComputerEase and Procore software preferred
- General knowledge and understanding of construction documents is a plus
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks on multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrates strong initiative and is able to accomplish tasks with minimal manager supervision
- Utilizes a professional and engaging demeanor with coworkers, external partners, and clients
- Shows excellent communication skills, both in writing and face-to-face
- Maintains composure and professionalism in difficult situations and effectively resolves conflicts without escalating tension
