    Job Description

    SGA, a technology and resource solutions provider, is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients. Responsibilities include preparing mutual fund shareholder reports, financial reporting schedules, and other deliverables.

    • Prepare mutual fund shareholder annual and semi-annual reports.
    • Prepares, edits, and maintains all financial reporting schedules such as Fund Financial Statement, Schedule of Investment and Tailored Shareholding Reporting.
    • Help prepare other financial reporting deliverables Including Form N-MFP3, Form PF, Form CPO-PQR, 24f-2 SEC regulatory filings, Prospectus and SAI information.
    • Researches and resolves moderately complex problems
    • Support team in all aspects of the above deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain procedures for all team deliverables.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
    • Comprehensive accounting knowledge.
    • Must be detail orientated and highly analytical.
    • Ability to comprehend and utilize complex procedures with minimal guidance.
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Advanced Excel and Word knowledge, Outlook a plus.
    • Experience in mutual fund accounting or reporting preferred.
