Overview:

Our Intermediary Distribution Group plays a crucial role in boosting sales through financial intermediaries such as broker/dealers and RIAs. Join our dynamic sales and service team as we collaborate with senior sales partners to engage with financial advisors. Be ready to offer support via phone and email, and occasional travel, to nurture both new and existing advisor relationships. This role offers a pathway for long-term career growth, where you will take charge of developing specific client segments under the guidance of the Managing Director of Intermediary Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Share insights on financial markets in a simple and understandable way
Recommend tailored investment solutions based on client needs
Effectively communicate investment strategies and performance
Engage with clients through various channels to showcase Manning & Napier's offerings
Deliver proactive service to enhance existing advisor relationships
Follow up consistently with advisors to optimize the sales process
Collaborate with External Wholesalers to develop a business plan for brand promotion
Profile advisors to enhance understanding of their practices and investment processes
Offer practice management support to help advisors strengthen client relationships
Participate in meetings, engage with colleagues, and contribute innovative ideas

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 certification
Preferably Series 65 or 66, or willingness to obtain within the first month
1-3+ years of experience in financial services
Prior experience in selling or marketing investment products
Familiarity with the asset management industry

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 base salary, with additional incentive and commission-based earnings.
