• Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience- installing, configuring, testing and supporting 3rd party applications ( QNXT, CES, TriZetto Elements Suite, NetworX Pricer, .NET, Java, and other MS based applications). Worked /troubleshoot an Identity Access Manager (Microsoft Azure Active Directory)
  • fixing bugs
  • working on migrations
  • working on enhancements
  • performing security backups
  • restoring services
  • system health monitoring
  • Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on issues with applications
  • Working with various vendors including Cognizant
  • Knowledge of VMWare
  • Experience understanding/ working with QNXT (5.9 or higher)
• Understanding Agile methodology
• Great communications skills
