    Description

    IT Project Manager /Business analysis should work under minimal supervision that require creative solutions and, possibly, automated solutions

    Bachelor's degree / or equivalent work experience

    Experience analyzing data, either in finance or another data control environment

    Ability to map out steps in a process or program, and determine a path for execution on those steps.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be creative, and be able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously

    Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities skills needed to perform complex data analysis

    Must possess very strong communication skills with teammates and leadership

    Ability to create management-ready presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint

    Ability to work independently and take initiative to addressing issues

    Strongly prefer a candidate with advanced knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI; Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Power Point) including advanced Data Visualization skills and Excel
