    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for driving delivery, contingency planning, business results, and strategic planning for the customer experience omni-channel personalization program consisting of multiple projects or initiatives in support of assigned line of business strategy. Oversees the day-to-day activities of project delivery and contingency execution strategy, vendors relationship management, and business partner engagement while managing various enterprise-wide projects or initiatives. Ensures integration between partner teams and serves as a functional business liaison in the development and implementation of program scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business. Responsible for tracking key program milestones and recommending adjustments to program leadership and team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Lead and/or direct complex cross-divisional and enterprise-wide efforts. Provide oversight from idea to completion phase. Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned initiatives. Ensure consistency of project documentation across assigned resources and efforts. Implement work modifications as needed.
    * Provide oversight for integration/implementation initiatives. Serve as HCSC business lead for division and on enterprise-wide projects or initiatives.
    * Establish consultative working relationships with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, coordinate, and complete initiatives.
    * Provide decision support to senior management across the enterprise to determine plans of action for the resolution of issues and adoption of new processes, policies and procedures. Serve as a decision maker or escalation point for decision support.
    * Facilitate and participate in user group councils, steering committees and project team lead meetings.
    * Set and manage stakeholder expectations.
    * Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
    * Assume accountability of projects or initiatives and ensure appropriate deliverables are met. Responsible for ensuring the needs of internal customers are met.
    * Provide support for key activities including data collection, metric definition and analysis, root cause analysis and resolution
    * Participate in workgroup activities and meetings for projects. Participate in task forces based upon business requirements
    * Formulate action plans to develop and implement projects or initiatives. Coordinate development of initiatives across functional areas to ensure accountabilities are identified and milestones are met.
    * Identify Enterprise partners resources and ensure adequate representation from key areas and all impacted HCSC plans are identified and secured. Ensure tasks and activities are in line with the strategic focus.
    * Identify and comprehend business, regulatory and operational needs and translate into action plans
    * Monitor effectiveness and success of new processes, procedures, products, system support and coordinate the fine tuning efforts.
    * Ability to quickly learn and expand knowledge base to include, but not limited to, product lines, financial arrangements, operational activities, and system functionalities. This includes the ability to write executive summaries in addition to effectively managing budgets.
    * Ability to establish strong and positive working relationship with core areas of the company. Relationships include working with executive level personnel, internal and external consultants, vendor/trading partners, and enterprise-wide core areas of the company.
    * Strong communication skills and the ability to present information accurately and concisely both orally and in writing. Possess the ability to formulate presentations and deliver content to large and small internal and external audiences of all levels.
    * Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies

    Required Job Qualifications:
    * Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience OR 11 years of experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration or other relevant healthcare function
    * 4 years of experience leading with large and complex multi-million dollar projects.
    * Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams and more junior resources
    * Experience communicating with senior management and executive leadership from multiple divisions.
    * Experience developing and delivering presentations to an executive audience.
    * Problem resolution experience and skills.
    * Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
    * Experience interpreting business and financial information
    * Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management, and establishing team environment.
    * Experience managing and delegating assignments across multiple complex projects successfully in a matrixed environment.
    * PC proficiency to include MS Office products.
    * Organizational skills.
    * Problem resolution experience and skills.

    * Analytical skills.
    * Detail oriented.
