    Job Summary

    We are seeking an exceptional R&D Manager to lead our product development and quality initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in sports performance and pediatric nutrition.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Innovate and develop new product lines for Oath Nutrition and Canoo Kids, adhering to the highest standards of nutritional value and consumer satisfaction.
    • Manage the in-house lab for prototyping, experimenting with flavors, and perfecting nutritional profiles.
    • Create and maintain Master Formulation Sheets, ensuring specs, claims, and material sources align with expectations.
    • Organize project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective launches.
    • E nsure all product formulations comply with industry regulations and standards for sports and children's nutrition.
    • Collaborate with manufacturing partners to scale up production while maintaining product quality and integrity.
    • Oversee Trove Nutrition's Quality Program, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing product quality controls, and implementing Quality Management Systems and processes.
    • Stay ahead of the curve by researching nutrition trends, consumer demands, and novel ingredients.
    • Implement comprehensive testing protocols to affirm product stability, safety, and consumer satisfaction.
    • Mentor and establish an R&D team towards achieving project goals and nurturing their professional development.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in R&D within the sports and/or children's nutrition sectors.
    • Demonstrated success in formulating and launching nutritional products.
    • Familiarity with regulatory standards for sports and children's nutrition products.
    • Leadership experience with a talent for motivating and developing a skilled R&D team.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for nutrition and wellness.
