Job Title: Class A or B CDL Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and reliable Class A or B CDL Drivers to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating and maneuvering a variety of commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, to transport goods and materials to and from specified locations. The Class A or B CDL Driver must comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
   
2. Transport goods and materials to and from designated locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
   
3. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working order and report any issues to the maintenance department.
   
4. Adhere to established routes and schedules, making adjustments as needed to accommodate changes in delivery requirements or traffic conditions.
   
5. Load and unload cargo, securing it properly to prevent damage during transportation.
   
6. Complete all required paperwork, such as logs, delivery receipts, and mileage records, accurately and in a timely manner.
   
7. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other team members to provide updates on delivery status and address any issues or concerns.
   
8. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and the public.
   
9. Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
   
10. Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the company.
    

Qualifications:

1. Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
   
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Class A or B CDL Driver.
   
3. Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations.
   
4. Ability to operate and maintain commercial vehicles safely.
   
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   
6. Attention to detail and the ability to complete required paperwork accurately.
   
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   
8. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
   
9. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
   
10. High school diploma or equivalent.
