    We're looking for a Brand Product Coordinator for a sportswear apparel and footwear company in Beaverton, Oregon. This a long-term contract role that will primarily work in an in-person/office setting, with some hybrid flexibility.
    The Brand Product Expert will plan seasonal product usage across multiple categories, functions, and geographies. They will partner with their team of Product Experts to align the right product to brand strategies and stories.

    They will help support the creation and implementation of strategic brand plans that fuel consumer demand, strengthen our client's brand, and shape their connection with consumers and athletes across the globe.

    They will bring effective communication, influencing skills, problem solving and attention to detail to elevate product usage for our client.


    The ideal candidate will:


    As our client's business continues to grow, they are looking for an individual to fill the gaps created by large volume seasonal work.

    This Coordinator – a person who assists brand with their product needs and questions - will need to be proactive with current work streams while also determining which projects needs to be prioritized.

    They will also need to plan and communicate their daily activities and report back on progress made.

    What you will work on:


    This role will involve intaking product briefs and locating the appropriate product needed for our team to execute across our client's global strategies.

    Supporting teammates with seasonal seeding and inventory pulls for large scale marketing campaigns
    Searching for needed product, ordering it, and to help check those samples for accuracy.

    There will be times when this role is needed on location of shoots or events to support the product needs.

    Travel might be necessary

    Qualifications:

    2+ years' experience in marketing, visual merchandising, sports retail or related discipline
    Strong business acumen for brand, resource and project management

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
    Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    Proficiency in Keynote and Airtable
    Passion/expertise for sports products (footwear, apparel and equipment) and youth culture
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Great attention to detail
    Solutions and outcomes-driven attitude
    Ability to anticipate, identify and elevate risks and issues and to head them off proactively
    Ability to travel
    Team player with a desire to make a difference
    Strong desire and willingness to participate in a community of managers and peers
    Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally and globally
    Strong networking and relationship building skills
