Job summary
The IT Compliance Manager will oversee compliance programs across IT and retail operations ensuring policies controls and vendor integration comply with regulatory requirements e.g. PCI DSS SOC 2 NISTCSF ISOPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities Develop document and maintain IT compliance policies and standards Coordinate internal reviews and external audits respond to findings Perform complete different compliance tests to continue adherence with certification requirements Conduct risk assessments recommend remediation strategies Manage vendor compliance third party risk programs Provide training awareness for key stakeholders Track compliance metrics report status to senior leadership Engage in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor which may include reengineering projects system implementation reviews crossdivisional coordination around technology controls activities related to the implementation of GRC toolsMinimum RequirementsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business IT Finance or related field5+ years in IT/compliance preferably in retailStrong knowledge of PCI DSS SOX NIST20 CSF other relevant regulationsKnowledgeable on Data Privacy Regulation's Data Subject Access Request processes toolsExperience with audit tools risk assessment tools frameworksExperience working with third party vendorsInterpersonal collaborative skills ability articulate security compliance concepts technical nontechnical audiencesExcellent problem-solving skills attention detailDesired QualificationsBachelor's Information Technology four-year related degree
