Description

Job DescriptionAdhere to the dress code while working at various clinic locations.
Display and wear the appropriate badge visibly on the upper body while on duty.
Carry and maintain CPR macro shield mouthpiece while on duty.
Arrive punctually at scheduled clinic locations and be prepared to work.
Be flexible to float across all clinic locations as needed, unless specialized skills are required.
Follow all policies, procedures, and security regulations.
Provide healthcare services within scope of practice, following applicable guidelines, statutes, standards, and regulations.
Uphold the code of ethics associated with clinical specialty, license, or certification.
Comply with client policies and procedures, acting as a patient advocate to preserve autonomy, confidentiality, and dignity.
Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation in EMR system.
Maintain a minimum requirement of 4 shifts within a 28-day period.

Copy of current, valid, unrestricted license as an RN issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing

• OR issued by a participating Compact State.

Copy of current, completed PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, obtained via the following link:

Copy of current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
Minimum one year of past work experience as an RNDemonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compliance with all federal and state laws governing healthcare practice.
Proficiency in EMR systems preferred.
