- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including coordinating interviews, Workday data entry, candidate correspondence, and other administrative tasks related to recruitment
- Sourcing for entry-level roles
- Conduct phone screens to assess talent based on requirements for each role
- Manage the logistics associated with candidate interviews, including scheduling and confirmation emails or phone calls
- Provide timely status updates to internal and external candidates
- Clearly communicate with hiring managers and leaders throughout the recruitment process
- Support talent acquisition initiatives and programs (e.g., internship programs, campus recruitment initiatives, etc.)
- Administer hiring assessments, reference checks, and background checks
- Assist in the creation of offer letters
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and corporate policies and procedures
- Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
- Attend training sessions, courses, etc. for professional growth
- Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
- Other duties or special projects may be assigned
- 1+ years' experience in an office setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
