As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our services, we are seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead our admissions department and call center operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the admissions department, ensuring efficient management of incoming and outgoing calls.
• Lead, train, and manage admissions staff, fostering an environment of professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient intake processes and improve conversion rates.
• Manage and optimize Google PPC campaigns, closely monitoring KPIs and metrics to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Utilize and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to align admissions strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide compassionate leadership, maintaining an understanding of the challenges faced by individuals seeking treatment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions management, preferably in a healthcare or substance abuse treatment setting.
• Proven track record of managing successful Google PPC campaigns and a solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Strong experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
