Job DescriptionAt Greater Seacoast Community Health, our mission is to deliver innovative, compassionate, integrated health services and support that are accessible to all in our community, regardless of ability to pay.As a Social Worker, you will focus on providing a variety of social work services, including connection to housing, benefits, and community resources. You will have the opportunity to work with clients across a variety of several different programs, including primary care, prenatal services, and substance use disorder services. As a Social Worker you will also be working with vulnerable populations that will require empathy and confidentiality as you will handle sensitive issues and information. You will be working in a fast paced environment, so you will have to multi-task, and communication effectively in-person, phone, and/or electronic modalities. The Social Worker works within a team-based interdisciplinary approach to healthcare with ample opportunity to expand your skills.
This is a part-time position expected to work 24 hours at Families First Health and Support Center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This is a permanent part-time position.
