Job Overview


The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.


Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to service tickets and requests for local and remote network support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, network, user access, and other related issues

  • Interact with various teams to restore service and identify or correct the core problem
