    We are seeking experienced UAT-focused Test Analysts to support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for a modernization initiative.

    This role will work closely with program staff, vendors, and technical teams to ensure the solution meets business, operational, and federal requirements.

    The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience supporting UAT for modernization implementations, including rollouts using the new platform.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across modules
    • Work with program SMEs to develop UAT scenarios and test cases based on business processes
    • Execute UAT test cases, document results, and log defects
    • Support defect triage, retesting, and validation of fixes
    • Validate system functionality against policies, workflows, and federal requirements
    • Support UAT readiness activities, daily status updates, and test cycle closeout
    • Assist with UAT activities for statewide rollouts and post-go-live stabilization
    Required / Desired Skills


    • Must have prior experience supporting UAT for Modernization implementations Required - 3 Years
    • Must have hands-on experience with implementations and rollouts involving Protech's Platform Required - 3 Years
    • Must possess strong program knowledge, including policies, workflows, and case management operations Required - 3 Years
    • Experience working directly with program staff and business SMEs Required - 3 Years
    • Familiarity with federal OCSE requirements and reporting Required - 3 Years
    • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Xray, Jira, ALM, or similar) Required - 3 Years
    • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-vendor government system implementations Required - 3 Years
