    Overview We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Software Development Engineer to join our Software Development Services team
    The ideal candidate will contribute to the conception, specification, design, programming, documentation, testing, and bug fixing of applications, frameworks, and software components
    Additionally, the candidate will have exposure to implementing CI/CD processes to automate build, test, and deployment phases, in alignment with DevOps principles

    Responsibilities


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the conception, specification, design, and development of software solutions.
    • Assist in the implementation and optimization of CI/CD processes to automate build, test, and deployment phases, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.
    • Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
    • Work closely with senior engineers to learn and grow in software development methodologies, design patterns, and industry best practices.
    • Support testing efforts by writing unit tests, conducting integration testing, and troubleshooting software defects.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and actively contribute to the adoption of new tools and practices within the team
    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience in software development, with exposure to conceiving, specifying, designing, programming, documenting, testing, and bug fixing.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
    • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
    • Basic understanding of software development methodologies and design principles.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    Target salary range:
    $94,000 - $164,000

    Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
