    **General Manager, Dallas**

    We are looking for our General Manager to help us open and run the Dallas market and continue our rapid ascent. In this role, you will act as a CEO for this market, having full ownership of the P&L, while representing Belong in the market. You will oversee the daily operations and ensure that strategic and operational goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees, and more. As our first General Manager hire, this is a unique position to define the strategy for expansion and all future General Manager hires. This is a key role reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Growth. + Strong bias for action

    + Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical background

    + Strong business acumen and a knack for organization and collaboration

    + Proven experience in a managerial role in an operationally focused environment

    + Strong decision-making capabilities

    + Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills

    + Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans

    + Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable

    + Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

    + MBA preferred, but not required

    **Responsibilities**

    + Launch and manage the Dallas market while managing the P&L to achieve the goals on the operating plan

    + Work directly with Product on features that will enhance our performance in these critical markets

    + Make pivotal pricing decisions on the philosophy for these markets

    + Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals

    + Develop meaningful relationships with local and trusted vendors to ensure that Belongs standard is met.

    + Advocate cross-functionally to make sure the region remains top of mind.

    + Provide on the ground assistance to our community as needed

    + Innovate on processes that are unique to the market and work to implement them with the team

    + Develop the local network increasing Belongs brand awareness

    + Build a team culture for our Dallas squad

    + Staff, train, and manage the host coordinators locally

    + Create the playbook to scale the market with the objective of automating yourself out of the role

    + Maintain the companys leadership updated of progress at all times, communicating level of urgency for initiatives pertaining to the market.
