    Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    Connect people and communities by providing top-notch telecommunication services through door-to-door interaction with potential new customers.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Actively supports efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
    • Tenacious and driven, excelling in environments where success is based on effort.
    • Acquire new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads.
    • Conduct proactive needs analysis with new prospective customers.
    • Develop and present sales proposals that meet customer needs.
    • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately to support sales activities.
    • Achieve monthly sales quotas in various product categories.
    • Complete administrative tasks related to products sold.
    • Stay informed about competitors' activities in the assigned territory.
    • Attend and complete training programs.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
    • Engaging interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to formulate effective sales strategies and pitch products and services.
    • Passion to succeed and drive to sell to prospective customers.
    • Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities using a personal vehicle.
    • Familiarity with computer systems and communication devices.
    • Availability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
    • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Required Education

    High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Success in a previous sales position; knowledge of cable/telecom services desirable.
    • 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience preferred.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Spends most time outdoors, potential exposure to inclement weather.
    • Minimal time in office settings with moderate noise levels.
