Annual CEU Stipend & Certification Renewal ReimbursementTraining and Professional Development opportunities available to develop and strengthen your skillset as a BCBAUp to 90% off higher education (degrees, certifications) and test preparation for you and your familyWork life balance: Work Monday-Friday, no weekends requiredClinically sustainable caseload sizeWhat you'll do in this role:Provide oversight and guidance of the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic site by assuring consistent execution of established policies and proceduresCollaborate with on-site Office Manager to administer the intake/onboarding of new staff and clientsReview clinical documentation of BCBAs to ensure quality standards are met and client is progressing towards their individualized goal selectionsAct as clinical leadership for BTs/ RBTs/ BCBAs in cooperation with the regional leadership team and the Chief Clinical OfficerPrepare and maintain records and reports pertaining to client evaluations and treatment plansEnsure clinical quality by providing training opportunities and hands-on assistance to clinic staffProvide oversight and guidance to BCBAs related to caseload management and RBT assignmentsWe are looking for a compassionate Clinic Director with:Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldMinimum of three (3) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting, preferredCertification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB, requiredWorks with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policiesExpert knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and approaches found to benefit individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including familiarity with current related research findingsAbility to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
