- Performs duties involving cleaning and preparing a job site such as: loading, and delivering materials, painting, and using a variety of tools and machines such as forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers.
- Daily maintenance inside and outside of the building including: painting, changing lightbulbs, replacing filters on machinery, scaffolding, taking down & setting up racking.
- Performs some minor maintenance on machinery which includes taking apart machines and putting them back together.
- Successful training and completion of KAPCOs forklifts and overhead cranes program.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Some experience within minor machine maintenance including: changing out oils and coolants, etc.
- Must possess some mechanical aptitude to clean machinery.
- Physical requirements include the ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach and lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work on your feet for 10hr shifts and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
- Proven good attendance.
- Cleanliness and neatness of assigned areas, continued improvement in overall performance
- Cooperation, responsiveness, dependability and proper attitude in dealing with others.
- Conformance to company personnel, safety, quality and housekeeping policies, procedures, practices, and work instructions.
- Background check and drug screening required
