• Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

Duties

• Performs access management, budget management, business planning, personnel management, resource management, facilities and logistics, compliance, training, customer service, information management and analytics support.
• Assists in the development and implementation of effective patient care systems.
• Performs healthcare administration and business practices to implement strategies.
• Utlizes data from established automated health system databases in order to monitor, trend and analyze, objectives and objective performance measures to include enrollments, patient satisfaction, quality measures, access, and productivity.
• Works with customer survey tools such as the Interactive Customer Evaluation, the Military Health System (MHS-TRICARE Outpatient Satisfaction Survey) and Satisfaction Survey.
• Manages the department's staffing needs based on the established Joint Table of Distribution (JTD).
