Job summary
We are looking for experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, PMHNPs for SNF-ists, in-house nurse practitioners that will provide care for the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.You will collaborate with the facility's interdisciplinary team and physicians, serving as a day-to-day clinical leader while helping oversee the care of all the facility's residents.
Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease.
