Assess, research, analyze and document client sponsor/stakeholder needs, business challenges, problems and processes.

Facilitate client sessions to capture current and desired processes as needed and then drive out essential requirements to meet the desired scope of the effort.

Document requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria.
Develop supporting materials as which includes but is not limited to screen mockups, process flows, and screen element attributes.

Assist the project team by identifying dependencies, prioritize, and group stories together so that they will be delivered incrementally to the users for validation during project execution.

Work closely with the project team to identify preferred solutions.
Act as a primary liaison between the client and technical team to clarify questions during project execution. Additionally, identify issues and escalate/manage resolution as required.
Manage project documentation (implementation plan, issues log, process maps, etc.) and document process flows and gaps.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and internal/external team members.
Qualifications
3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build consensus
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.)
Proficient with SharePoint
Proficient with Office 365 (Teams, Flow/Power Automate, OneDrive, PowerApps, etc.)
