- Perform equipment diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs both on-site and in-house
- Conduct regular inspections to preempt potential issues and avoid breakdowns
- Offer technical support to Customer Service and Sales Departments
- Undertake mechanical and electrical tasks as necessary
- Note: Occasional overnight stays at remote customer locations may be required
- 3+ years of pertinent industrial equipment service experience
- Proficient in adhering to safety protocols and regulations at customer sites
- Ability to comprehend and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Capable of lifting heavy equipment and performing physical tasks as required
- Driver's License (Required)
