Works under the direction of a foreman, must be able to count, read, match numbers, have basiccomputer skills, be able to operate simple machinery and drive a forklift.

The position requires the ability to communicate and work closely and efficiently with others in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Pipe Puller organizes, sorts, checks for inaccuracies and delivers new and used pipe associated and purchased per each customer's requirements and AML (approved manufacturers list); delivers pipe to production, stages the pipe and organizes in the shop so it can be located in a timely manner.

Functional Requirements:
Read and sign off on JSA prior to starting of shiftStores, removes, loads, and unloads all types of pipe from storage bins, pallets and vehicles that cannot be handled by material handling devicesOperates manual or mechanical devices and stocks inventory shelvesReads customer order, work order, material pull sheets, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributedSorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, or colorMoves pipe and supplies from the materials warehouse and prepares for deliveryFills requisitions, work orders or requests for pipe, tools, or stock items; records material items received or distributed May maintain inventory recordsPerforms additional assignments as requiredAlways maintains a clean and safe work environment

Qualification Standards:
Preferably one (1) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill preferredPre-employment/post-employment qualification test.
Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
Turner Industries Group/Job site orientation/Hazard Communication and required tests.
Job site "Personal Protective Equipment" requirements (hearing protection, safety glasses

• OSHA approved Z87 if applicable, long sleeve shirt, gloves, steel toe boots, etc.)

Physical Involvement:
Employee may be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.
