    Description:

    We have an opening available for a skilled candidate experienced in servicing diesel engines, heavy trucks, and other mechanical equipment.     Essential Functions:

    As a member of the PrimeFlight team, you will repair and maintain a range of Airline & Aircraft Ground Service Equipment. Responsibilities include:

    • Servicing equipment with fuel, water, and other fluids
    • Logging equipment for repair
    • Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing various components
    • Completing paperwork and tracking parts
    • Ensuring equipment meets safety standards
    • Performing other assigned duties

    Competencies:

    Successful candidates should possess problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.


    Qualifications:
    General requirements:
    • 18 years of age
    • Valid driver's license
    • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background and drug screening

    Requirements:

    Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret documents. Effective English communication skills and common-sense reasoning are essential.


    Computer Skills:
    Basic knowledge of Excel and Word applications.
    Certificates and Licenses:

    Requires a valid State Driver's License with a safe operating record.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    This role does not involve supervisory duties.

    Work Environment:

    The job may involve moderate to high noise levels and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.


    Physical Demands:

    Applicants must be able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform various physical tasks. Specific vision and hearing requirements exist for safety reasons.
