    As a leader in this field, Microsoft is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM), Azure AI Partner Marketing individual who can help Microsoft leverage partnerships to drive growth, adoption, and customer success across our Azure AI portfolio.

    This includes partners who have Generative AI Large Language or Small Language models be they foundation, frontier, or open-source models.

    It also includes partners who may have services or products that compliment and can be used with our Azure AI portfolio.

    This role requires a strategic and operational mindset, as well as the ability to lead innovative and impactful go-to-market programs that drive business growth and customer success.

    Azure AI Partner Marketing PMM, you will be part of the Azure AI Product Marketing team, which is accountable for positioning, go-to-market and growth for Microsoft's Azure AI portfolio.

    The portfolio includes both Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI Services.

    We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and driven individual who has technical skills, cross-team collaboration, thought leadership, marketing strategy, and performance measurement skills.

    You will lead a virtual team that works with emerging technology, creates alignment and action across teams, removes roadblocks and simplifies complex concepts.

    You will also work closely with engineering, business development, legal, corporate, and cross-functional marketing team.

    Responsibilities
    As the Senior.

    Azure AI Partner PMM, you will provide business leadership across a diverse internal team and are the partner facing leader that will accelerate marketing alignment, communication, and solution evangelism across Azure AI to address market opportunities.

    You will design the marketing and co-marketing strategy to drive adoption – this includes partnering closely with our engineering, business development, and business planning to design the path for Azure AI's partner-driven growth.

    It will require using analysis to determine the best growth path for the product/business, soliciting internal feedback to validate the strategy, evaluating the competitive landscape, and using financial insights to inform decisions.

    You will drive formal quantitative and qualitative competitive analysis on key AI technologies or solutions areas deemed high priority.

    Evangelize the solution and its customer promise – as a marketing leader, a key accountability is to build and execute the marketing plan for Azure AI.


    Other Responsibilities:
    Identify and maintain demonstration assets. Demonstrate partner solutions based on specific Azure AI products. Leverage partner/customer teams as needed to prove capabilities and integration into customer environment. Review partner demonstrations and provide feedback to ensure alignment with Microsoft standards.

    Co-develop joint positioning, messaging, and co-drafting press releases; identify and craft joint customer stories / case studies; maintain relevant web content relating to partner solutions.

    Establish and maintain key points of contact with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Business Development, Legal, Finance, Marketing,).

    Shares knowledge with internal virtual team and stakeholders to leverage and broaden technical/product knowledge and market awareness to inform strategic business decisions.

    Qualifications
    Required/Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    OR equivalent experience.

    ~ Project management, critical thinking, and cross-group collaboration experience

    Additional or Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    OR equivalent experience.

    Aptitude for quickly learning new and emerging technologies
    Experience with AI and machine learning offerings is desired
    Ability to explain customer scenarios and solution architectures in a simple manner
    Effective verbal and written communication experience and storytelling experience

    Product Marketing IC- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year.

    There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
