- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or a clinical-based program.
- Six (6) months of experience in an operating room or ambulatory surgery unit
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- Sterilization techniques.
- Operating Room instruments and supplies.
