Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team for an on-site assignment at our client's location in Nashville, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs for ServiceNow GRC implementations.
Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow GRC modules, workflows, and functionalities to align with client requirements.
Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow GRC solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow GRC applications, functionalities, and best practices.
Assist in the documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures related to ServiceNow GRC implementations.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a focus on GRC modules and functionalities.
Strong understanding of GRC principles, processes, and best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
Proficiency in ServiceNow development technologies including JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and Jelly.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site at Nashville, Tennessee, and adhere to client's project timelines and deliverables.
