Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Financial Analyst will support leadership and work with various departments by analyzing company data to help make informative decisions and drive better outcomes.
- Conduct financial reporting to support KPIs tracking, variance analysis and MD&A (management discussion and analysis).
- Support lines of business review by preparing financials and analytics on drivers and variances.
- Participate in annual forecast/budget process. Provide various reporting and analysis to support operating expenses including but not limited to workforce planning, vendor/contract analysis, provider level KPI and collection reporting. Collaborate with business partners and conduct "what if" analysis to size up the impact to various programs and initiatives.
- Assist administering the budget tool to ensure the accuracy of the input and output. Upload budget data and run reports to ensure desired results.
- Analyze data (both structured and unstructured data) from company databases and external data when needed to drive process improvement and business strategies.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial and operational excellence across the organization.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Actuary, Accounting, Economics, Applied Mathematics or equivalent field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word) including advanced level in Excel formulas and PowerPoint presentation. Technical skills with experience with data manipulation including experience with BI tools (eg. PowerBI) is a plus.
- Healthcare/managed care experience is a plus but not required.

- Excellent judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks with a high level of efficiency.
