    • Excellent communication skills
    • z/OS - 2.3 going to 2.5
    • Must be able to perform maintenance and upgrades
    • RACF
    • VTAM
    • TCPIP
    • Experience with 3rd Party Software to support/maintenance
    • Sysplex
    • DB2 or CICS or IMF - general knowledge to help support
