    Position Overview:
    As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our Tier II-III engineering infrastructure.

    You will provide hands-on support for a wide range of technologies, including Windows/Linux servers and workstations, O365 services, and hybrid infrastructure.

    Your responsibilities will include patching services using Tanium and/or Crowdstrike processes, communication of incident statuses, resolution plans, and performing regular security tests and monitoring.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Provide Tier II-III engineering maintenance and support for a diverse range of technologies, including Windows/Linux servers and workstations, O365 services, and hybrid infrastructure.

    Perform hands-on support and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems.
    Conduct patching services using Tanium and/or Crowdstrike processes to ensure system security and compliance.
    Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding incident statuses, resolution plans, and completed incident reports.
    Collaborate with other teams to implement and maintain security best practices and protocols.
    Conduct regular security tests, vulnerability assessments, and security monitoring to identify and mitigate potential threats.
    Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure consistency and scalability.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continually enhance our systems and processes.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    Proven experience in system administration, with a focus on Tier II-III engineering maintenance and support.
    Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, servers, and workstations.
    Experience with O365 services and hybrid infrastructure.
    Familiarity with patching services using Tanium and/or Crowdstrike processes.
    Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach.
    Relevant certifications (e

    Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
