    School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

    • Location: Salinas, CA
    • Employment Type: Full-time
    • Caseload: High school
    • School Year: Start: July 29, End: May 30, 2025)
    • Contract: Through ProCare Therapy

    Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in Salinas, CA. In this role, you will work with a high school caseload, providing comprehensive speech and language services to support student success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
    • Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
    • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • California state license (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain
    • Experience working with high school students preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
