    B11 ($62,895 - $94,395 annually depending on experience)

    This position is responsible for the clinical supervision and professional development of staff in theEASA Program. Also responsible for training, documentation, fidelity reviews and assistance with other CCSEASA programs in Oregon.


    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Must ensure compliance with federal, state, and interagency regulations
    • Model and enforce CCS policies and procedures in a fair manner
    • Must model the culture of excellent customer service as adapted by CCS, as well as CCS MissionStatement and Core Values.
    • Provide leadership and strong dedication to developing and delivering evidence-based services andsupport for adolescent and young adult individuals with psychotic mental illness and youth with cooccurringdisorders.
    • Provide leadership and oversight on outcome and program performance measures as definedinternally and externally.
    • Observe, supervise, and assist clinicians, QMHAs, Peer Support Specialists and other EASA staff onduty.
    • Perform screenings and assessments of all EASA clients and potential clients.
    • Assist EASA staff with their professional development planning, provide timely and constructivefeedback, as well as conduct performance evaluations as scheduled.
    • Meets with EASA staff at least 2 hours per month, with one hour of individual contact/supervisionwhich is to be documented in Credible.
    • Observe and/or conduct treatment including individual and group and gives constructive feedback toimprove their ability to provide treatment.
    • Write comprehensive reports each month to include file review, face time with each EASA teammember, and the treatment observed. Provide any information deemed noteworthy includingrequired trainings attended by EASA staff.
    • Foster effective team work and communication between all members.
    • May perform other duties and special assignment as assigned, including but not limited to, training ofother CCS staff in outlying counties and states to assist them with building and maintaining EASAprograms.
    • Update and maintain all company and state databases and submit accurate reports for billing andtracking purposes.
    • Ensure that all EASA program fidelity requirements are met and assist with fidelity reviews as they occur.
    • Provide regular community education in order to build relationships and referral pathways

    RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to perform the essential functions of this job

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
    • Customer service and detail oriented.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based practices, including: group counseling skills, one-on-one counseling skills, treatment planning, assessments, and referrals.
    • Experience with electronic medical records and telemedicine highly desirable
    • Knowledge of cultural and family issues that can contribute to CCS development of clinically relevant and effective care.
    • Bilingual/multilingual a plus
    • Ability to operate computers, copy machine, faxes, and scanner.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health, behavioral, and/or alcohol and drug counseling.
    • Knowledge of regulations and laws governing mental health, behavioral, and addiction services, ethics, confidentiality, privacy, and other related areas.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record
    • Clinical supervisors in mental health programs must meet QMHP requirements and have completed two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
    • 2-3 years clinical supervisory experience
    • Must meet requirements for QMHP certification through MHACBO or equivalent state board
    • Meets ISSRs requirements.
    • Must pass a drug test and criminal background check

    • Ability to demonstrate competence in leadership, wellness, oversight and evaluation of services, staff development, service planning, case management and coordination, utilization of community resources, group, family and individual therapy or counseling, documentation and rationale for services to promote intended outcomes and implementation of all provider policies.

    CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKSMust pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS and in accordance with OAR through In addition to a pre-employment background check, each employee, volunteer and contractor shall be checked on a monthly basis against the OIG and GSA exclusion lists, as well as other federal and state agency lists.

    If it isdiscovered that an employee, volunteer or contractor is excluded or sanctioned it will be the cause for immediate termination of employment, volunteering, or the termination of the contract.

    PERSONAL AUTO INSURANCEMust hold a valid driver's license as well as personal auto insurance for privately owned Vehicles utilized for CCS business such as client service purposes, travel betweenbusiness offices and the community, to attend required meetings and trainings.

    Must show proof of $300,000 or more liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage, and maintain said level of coverage for the duration of employment at CCS.The employee's insurance is primary with CCS insurance being secondary.

    CCS reserves the right to deny any employee the use of a vehicle owned by CCS.PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use office automation including computer and phone systems that require find manipulation, grasping, typing and reaching.

    The employee is also regularly required to sit; talk and hear; use hands and fingers and handle or feel.

    The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel and/or squat when adjusting equipment or retrieving supplies.

    The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

    The employee should possess a valid driver's license for vehicle travel when working on behalf of the agency.
    When serving in the on-call rotation, employee may be required to perform on less than optimal amounts of sleep.
    WORK ENVIRONMENTWork is performed in an office environment as well as in the community. The noise level in the office environment is usually moderate, but occasionally one may be exposed to loud noises. The noise in the community, including the homes of customers, is often difficult to predict. Occasional out of area travel and overnight stays will be required for attendance at meetings and/trainings.

    However, the employee also will be required to work in the communities, homes and other living environments, of the clients we serve.

    Handicap access may not be available at all places where this position must go.

    There are some situations where this position may be required to respond to environments where a client is in crisis.

    The environments in these situations are difficult to predict and may be in uneven terrain.

    This position exposes the employee to the everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as an office.
