As the Director of Paid Social Marketing at Tranzact, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Paid Social practice. Reporting to the VP of Paid Media, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Paid Social campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in Paid Social Advertising (Meta, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads; additional platforms a plus), direct-to-consumer (D2C) performance marketing and is passionate about driving results and leading by example. We are seeking a hands-on leader who understands how to operate customer acquisition Paid Social campaigns at scale and is passionate about leading teams to do the same. HYBRID SCHEDULE - IN OFFICE TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS - FORT LEE, NJ OR RALEIGH, NC OFFICE LOCATIONS.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning and Execution: You are a hands-on leader responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and more. Develop audience targeting strategies, ad creative, and conversion optimization tactics to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
2. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct data analysis, and implement effective optimization strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Stay up to date with industry best practices and changes to Paid Social platforms.
3. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights. Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing performance and achieving business objectives. Utilize data analysis tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
4. Team Leadership: Develop and inspire a team of Paid Social marketing professionals, leading by example. You are the expert providing hands-on guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth and maximize their potential. Create a collaborative and results-driven work environment that promotes excellence.
5. Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Social marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative tactics to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through Paid Social channels.
6. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI). Monitor spending patterns, identify areas for optimization, and make data-driven decisions to optimize budget allocation across campaigns.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, analytics, and creative departments to align strategies, share insights, and ensure integrated marketing campaigns across channels. Work closely with the Head of Marketing and other key stakeholders to align Paid Social initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
8. Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Paid Social marketing. Share industry insights and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders, keeping the company at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
•Minimum 5 years' experience in performance marketing, acquisition, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) companies via Paid Social (Meta, Facebook, Instagram Ads) Campaigns.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing Paid Social strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
•Well-versed in Facebook Ads Platform, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and/or similar reporting dashboards and analytics platforms
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
•In-depth knowledge of Paid Social advertising tools, audience targeting strategies, ad creative development, and conversion optimization techniques.
•Proficient in operating Paid Social campaigns at scale, with a deep understanding of platform nuances and best practices across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Results-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
•Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
