Hardware - Dell EClient PMAX8000, Hitachi VSP, IBM Tape (Virtualization, Libraries and Media), Replication Switches (Brocade 6510s & 7840s)
Software - Dell EClients SDSF & GDDR, Hitachi BCM Manager
Strong working Knowledge

IBM System Managed Storage (SMS) concepts
DFSMShsm, DFSMSdss, DFSMSdfp Utilities (IEBGENER, IEBCOPY, etc.), ICKDSF, Access method services (AMS), Object Access Method (OAM), ICF (Integrated Catalog Facility), ISMF, MVS JCL, TSO/ISPF,
IBM Tape tools (including VMA, VEHSTATS), RMM Tape Management System
