    This role requires a combination of data entry skills and exceptional customer service abilities to support our clients and internal teams effectively.

    Responsibilities


    • Accurately enter customer information, orders, and transactions into the company database.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
    Requirements


    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
